About

My experienc and background
I like to welcome you to my personal blog about health and High Perfomance Optimization. My many years of experience has given me the opportunity to coach, rehabilitate and train top athletes from several national teams. I have coached and trained top and Olympic athletes in hand ball, power lifting, triathlon, Taekwon-do, badminton, cycling, gymnastics, sprint canoeing and Road Racing.
This has learned me that the natural approach almost always is best long term.

We always have the same approach no matter if the client is a peak performance top athlete or a really unbalanced cient with numerous symptoms. We always ajust what my good freind and teacher Paul Chek calls the 6 fundamentals (basic building blocks) for health and high performance. Those are the categories in which the Article section iscategorized at the top menu where you can click and read more about each of them.

The 6 fundamentals for health and high performance

  • Mental/emotional
  • Breathing (fresh air)
  • Water (hydration)
  • Nutrition (Food, sun and digestive system)
  • Exercise
  • Sleep/rest

Martial artist
Besides my work with health and high performance athletes I have studied martial arts since 1983 where I was 13 years of age. Until 1989 I studied thai boxing, kick boxing, tao te ching gung fu, jiu jitsu and aikido. In 1989 he started Bujinkan Training in Copenhagen. I also did close quarter combat in the army. Recently I also did some BJJ-training. I have participated in 13 Taikai (worldwide seminars with the Grand Master Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi).

In 1994 I passed the godan (5th Dan). My first Bujinkan Dojo was founded near Copenhagen in 1991. In 2003 I was awarded 10th Dan by the Grand Master Masaaki Hatsumi.

Today I teach regular classes in my dojo in Copenhagen and has taught seminars in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Estonia. I was awarded 15th Dan by the Grand Master Masaaki Hatsumi in 2009.

I have worked with security for a number of years and trained members from special military and police units in Denmark at seminars and at the regular trainings in the dojo as well as worked with counseling and training of a bodyguard team protecting a Tibetan Lama.
