Free software that help you get a better sleep


I really recommend this free software f.lux, if you need to work in front of a computer late at night.

The software reduces the blue light from your screen when the sun sets. The blue light is the light that is responsible for your cortisol production wich is your activation and stress hormone that suppresses your release of the sleep hormone melatonin.
