4. Nutriton

You are what you eat. Not covering the whole truth but still of great importance. Your body is build from the materials you eat. However you also get nutrients from the sun and it is the health of your digestive system that  manage your absorbtion of the nutrients from the food. Therefore when talking about getting the right quantity and quality of nutrients, it is not only important what you eat but also how much you actually absorb and how much sun you get exposed to.
